Feels like a good day to put a lot of weight on a barbell. This should suffice.

That workout delivered a mighty fine beat-down. Grip fatigue was a major factor in the timed portion; still can't form a fist properly.

I'm afraid I would've fallen on my back during the late round KTE's. Probably was a good day to skip! Good job today you guys.
