Snowed In·fi·del

Weather's frozen and crappy (for Arkansas) today, so I stayed home.

Whad I did:

J.T.(plus)

21-15-9 rep rounds of

  • Handstand Push-ups
  • Ring Dips
  • Push-ups
  • +Sit-ups

23:28 (boo)

The handstand push-ups are what kills me. I'm good for about 15 straight, but I quickly deteriorate to singles after that.

I did what Justin told me he was going to do:

AMRAP in 20 minutes
21 Sit-Ups
15 Burpees
9 Handstand Push-ups

My shoulders are officially shot. Plenty of work already this week and the HSPU pointed that out quite clearly. Sets of 3/2 HSPU in first round. Mostly singles in other rounds. Burpees didn't help the shoulder/triceps recover between rounds at all.

I was expecting at least 5 rounds, but only got 4 rounds + Sit-ups + 4 burpees.
