27:20 - subbed 200 single-unders for 50 double-unders for each round.
Took way too much rest.
27:30. i could only manage 2x55# DBs after the first set of 3 with any degree of safety. subbed jump tucks for double-unders since i have no rope. doing 110 floors on the stairmaster last night seriously killed me today.

The double unders went a little better than the first time I tried them. Still a little frustrating, but could do 10-12 at a time now.
It was hard not rest some on this one. It was that or puke and/or pass out.
