Running Late

There's really no story behind this one, just avoiding things with running involved today.

5 Good Mornings - 75# Barbell
10 KB Swings - 45# DB
15 Hang Squat Cleans - 75# Barbell

2x25# DBs for the good mornings (really hard to keep em behind my head) and hscs. as rx'd for the db swings. 23:17. tomorrow i will be crippled from the lower back down. thanks!

I don't envy you having to do the good morning with dumbbells. That sounds tough!

This workout was definitely tough on the lower back for me, too.
