I don't think I could hang with you guys. In fact, I want to throw up looking at that workout.
Come on, Todd. This is more sweat-inducing than puke-inducing.
This was an excellent workout. It was a nice balance of fighting the desire to stop & rest and also fighting through the muscle fatigue.
The 50# is a bit heavier than I've ever gone in workouts involving Man-Makers. Getting the weight overhead at the end of each rep got really tough.
While pleased with the times, there is still room for improvement with a bump in intensity.
one day i will NOT come in last place. i swear.
40 lb dumbbells, couldn't hold onto the dumbbell for the weighted pull ups: substituted 10 regular.
I was able to get the man-makers to work with the round dumbells after putting them on some cardboard.

Just saw this comment. Seth and I were talking today about your olympic-style rotating sleeves on your DB handles. Man, that must have been murder on the manmakers, cardboard or no. Excellent work.
