Slow start

Didn't feel like pushing the intensity today, so went with a maximum-effort (ME) selection to start the week.

"CrossFit Total" - Total weight lifted in:
Back Squat - 1 rep
Shoulder Press - 1 rep
Deadlift - 1 rep

50 lb jump from last CFT! Deadlift was disappointing, only 5# improvement. Opened w/ the 405 attempt. Tried 415, but felt like back was rounding as it got to knee height. Called it a day.
