Solo Day...

Today's every man for himself, so we're doing a no equipment necessary workout today.

As Many Rounds As Possible in 20 minutes of


  • 5 Handstand Push-ups
  • 10 Burpull (or burpee then pull-up, if your pull-up bar is low.)
  • 15 Knees-to-bar

RESULTS

Seth: 5 rounds + 5 HSPU
Justin: 5 rounds
Jason: 4 1/2 rounds (Subbed hanging knee raises for KTB)

Just like a knees-to-elbows, but you keep pulling, mostly with the lats and biceps at that point, until your knees contact the bar. Try not to rely too much on momentum, and be very careful that you only slightly touch the bar. It hurts like hell to drive your knees into the it.

You might opt to do KTE, what with your previous shoulder injuries, but I'm sure you don't need me telling you what you should do.

that's what i thought it was. yeah, i gotta ease back into the pullups.
