WOD – “Barbara”

"Barbara"

Five rounds, each for time of:

  • 20 Pull-ups
  • 30 Push-ups
  • 40 Sit-ups
  • 50 Squats

Time each round separately.
Rest precisely three minutes between each round.
Post time for each of five rounds to comments.

That was damn near my limit today. I couldn't have gotten through pull-ups without puking if I'da had to go another round.

The simple ones are always the killers.
