27:53. i used reverse grip. my 70lb pullups were as ugly as they could be...but once you get past 60lbs on the way down the ladder, it's all downhill.
followed by 100 situps for time/practice: 4:53
Now don't go and set a trend for practicing exercises you don't like after a workout. I have no interest in doing overhead squats that aren't prescribed... maybe that's why I suck at them.
well...tonight i did this:
5 rounds for time of:
10 L Pull Ups
20 DB Hang Squat Cleans - 35#DBs
30 Renegade Row Pushups - 35#DBs
40 Situps
For Renegade Row PUs: one pushup + one arm/row = 1 rep. Alternate arms every rep.
55:46. i don't think anything else needs to be said about how ineffective i was at this workout.
Seth and I did the Big Guns workout today. Came in around 13:00.
Was hard to time with sharing a pull-up bar.
Last night I did as many L-pull ups, ring dips, and wide ring push ups (more like a ring fly if that's an exercise) as possible in 20 minutes.
I couldn't finish the "Big Guns" work out tonight. I worked up to 40 lbs, did three sets of 5, and then worked my way back down to 10 lbs.
I'd like to blame it on last night's work out, but my pull ups are still a little weak. I sure wasn't doing 70lbs tonight.
