since today was my first day with an actual bar, i took justin's advice and went for lighter weight HPCs instead of the rx'd 135# cleans to practice up on form...

did a handful of regular power cleans afterwards and i have to say, finally having a bar is NICE.

That was a whole lot of cleans. Dips were definitely the quicker part.

Congratulations Jason. This is going to be a whole new experience w/ the barbell.

Since Ring dips are one thing I did consistently this summer even when I wasn't posting, this work out felt really good.
