5 x reps Sit-Ups
5 x reps Double-Unders

RESULTS:
Seth - 14:14, anchored sit-ups

Not as bad as I had feared. Spent at least 1/2 the time on the sit-up portion. Managed to get all the other exercises done in unbroken sets in all rounds.
