Notes: I did 25 reps total on the 1-leg squats (13 left,12 right). The pass-throughs were tougher than I expected. I considered going from a push-up plank position, to feet extended in front in a lazy (feet on floor) L-sit, and then back under to push-up position = one repetition.
This one was fun until the end.
I must have taken 60 trials to get 20 Muscle ups.
