Not just ugly...

"Fugly Fifties" - For time:
50 Sit-Ups
50 Double-Unders
50 Sit-Ups
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Sit-Ups
50 Burpees
50 Sit-Ups

RESULTS:
Justin - 20:29 mix of anchored and unanchored sit-ups
Seth - 16:14, anchored sit-ups

It probably helped my performance to have had a week off. A lack of sore muscles is so rare for a Thursday workout.

That was a lot of sit-ups, and I would have had no problem with many fewer burpees.

Good to get to the gym, though.

Yeah, man, that was waaaaay too many sit-ups. For the record, I only did some of my sit-ups unanchored because the muscles across my shins were killing me from my foot being under the DB handles.
