Happy Monday, folks. We're going to start the week off by ripping off the CrossFit mainsite workout from last Thursday.
AMRAP in 20 minutes of:
- 115-pound Hang clean, 15 reps
- 12 Ring dips
- 21 Sit-ups

- Melanie - 4 Rounds + HC, sub 55# HC, bench dips
- James - 4 Rounds, sub 95# HC
- Seth - 5 Rounds + 2 Ring dips
