Back at It…

Happy Monday, folks. We're going to start the week off by ripping off the CrossFit mainsite workout from last Thursday.


 

AMRAP in 20 minutes of:

  • 115-pound Hang clean, 15 reps
  • 12 Ring dips
  • 21 Sit-ups

Results:
  • Melanie - 4 Rounds + HC, sub 55# HC, bench dips
  • James - 4 Rounds, sub 95# HC
  • Seth - 5 Rounds + 2 Ring dips
