The GHD's and DL's made running interesting. I was acutely aware of my lower back during each step.
Yea! The Wakeboard Concussion Comeback! ...not very impressive. I have not been active, since my hospital visit for stitches last Saturday. Last night I played a couple games of volleyball and today I finished a weak workout, so I am happy!
