It was awesome to finally have my handstand pushup cherry popped today. It was a bit uncomfortable at first, but once I relaxed and just went with it, it felt great!
My bum shoulder just didn't like the HSPU, so I substituted bar dips; they were not equivalent, however.
Pull-ups in unbroken sets rds 1-10, couldn't get the next 11 straight through. Best score to date on that one today.
My last couple rounds weren't chest-to-bar; my arms were burning even with the jump.
Uhhh....Who is that James person?
...Strange.
He was the guy in there with the mad heel-clicking skills. You may have also noticed him smoking a cig after his last round of handstand pushups.
Oh yeah, Rave Menthol? You could tell he wasn't a first timer.
Yeah, he had "seasoned vet" written all over him.
