Get out there

We don't want to use up all the treadmills today, so we're taking it outside. Modifying this workout to fit our environment results in:

5 Rounds For Time:
  • Run 350M (.22 miles)
  • 40 Squats

The 350M is one lap around the back lot behind Bowman Fitness.

Sorry Laura. I left the results sheet in my gym bag, so that was my best guess and I'll confirm them this evening.

Running right after squats reminded me of trying to walk after jumping on the trampoline.
