Hmm. Thrusters in 3 out of the 4 workouts this week. No wonder I'm tired.
Those thrusters were not exactly inviting me to jump right in immediately following the back-extensions.
Yeah, my arms were shot after sooo much shoulder pressing this week. Then, I had to add them into my decline situp reps too! What was I thinking?
