Jason - ~23 mins - 65# BBC, 3" hspus, tuck-jumps
Laura - 23:40 - 55# BBC, deep decline push-ups

time could have been much better but i had a severe lack of energy/motivation. probably still in a partial carb coma.
Awesome workout, jantalian. This one's gotta end up on the menu next week.
Nice one Jason. Just got to this one today. Those complexes were tough, but the HSPU were just cruel afterwards. Failed 3 times on the last set. Head wouldn't leave the ground.
