Going a bit longer

Twenty just didn't seem sufficient today.

As Many Rounds As Possible in 30 minutes:
  • 5 Handstand Push-ups
  • 10 L-Pull-Ups
  • 15 DB Swings - 55 lbs
  • 20 Squats

Results:
  • William - 4 1/2 Rounds, sub decline push-ups, jumping l-pull-ups, 35# db
  • Todd - 6 1/4 Rounds, sub deep decline push-ups, 35# db
  • Justin - 7 Rounds, parallellette HSPU
  • Seth - 9 1/2 Rounds, sub 60# db
  • Laura - 9 1/2 Rounds + 2 DB Swings, sub deep decline push-ups, jumping l-pull-ups, 30# db
  • Shiloh - 5 rounds in 15:07, sub 45# db
  • James - alternate workout, "1/2 Murph" ~20 minutes

This one looks like a good sweat workout. Enjoy!

I did a peasy "half" murph this morning, which was flawed from the get go. Forgot my towel. My timer somehow stopped at 3 minutes. Plus I had such less energy at that time of the day that everything just kinda sucked.

.5 mile run
50 Pull-ups
100 Push-ups
150 squats

roughly 20 minutes

Those last 10 minutes were ugly. All energy/drive/desire/... was gone by 15 minutes in.
L-Pull-Ups were the worst part, other exercises weren't broken up too badly. Lots of little sets were required for the L-Pull-Ups though.

Yeah, Laura only did 30# dumbell swings.
