High Five

I don't know the origin of this one, but it looks 'fun'. I hope the gym isn't busy today given the considerable equipment requirements.

"Furious Fives" - 5 Rounds For Time:
  • 5 Deadlift - 225/155 lbs
  • 5 Handstand Push-ups
  • 5 Power Clean - 135/95 lbs
  • 5 Pull-Ups
  • 5 Thrusters - 95/65 lbs
    Rest 1 minute between rounds, time each round

Results:
Seth - 1:20, 1:19, 1:22, 1:31, 1:57 - 11:30 total time, as Rx'd

I apologize for saying that James was lame in the previous day's comments. He's actually not lame at all. Instead - he's about as "rocker" as a bank auditor can be!

And by the way, I totally faked my time yesterday. James beat me by at least a minute.

Kick ass workout today. I was smoked that last round. Damn grip gave out on the last round of PC and pull-ups. All other sets unbroken.

Wish you guys could have been there, so all that set-up wasn't just for one person. Bars all over the place and just me running around like a crazy person. HSPU and pull-ups on opposite ends & all.

Might alter the rest times like this next time.
