Make some room

This one should be fun and space-consumptive.

3 Rounds For Time:
  • 10 Renegade Man-Makers, 2 x 35# DB
  • 10 Turkish Getup-mills - 35# DB (5 each side)
  • 10 Bear Complexes - 95# barbell

Results:
  • Laura - 24:02, 20# DBs, 45# Bear Complex, sub Hang Power Cleans
  • Seth - 25:27, as Rx'd
  • James - 31:25, as Rx'd

I liked that workout! The hang-power cleans was an accident. Seth tried to tell me while I was working out, but it was too late. I had already gone into dumb jock mode.

Today was much cooler than yesterday. Not only did I beat my previous time from February, but I also added 50# to the Bear Complex from February to bring the weight up to the Rx'd amount. Aaannnddd I didn't have to fight Pukie after today's workout. Ah, the difference a day makes.

Thanks for the encouragement there at the end Seth. I was totally gassed and probably wouldn't have beat my previous time without some prodding. I may have to talk to Todd next time he attends and veto your company's move in October;)

No worries on the HPC Laura. I don't think that it would have made much difference.
What a workout to introduce you to TGU (w/ windmills), and bear complexes!
