Today's hearty helping of pain will be served in 5 courses of 8-round Tabata intervals of:
- Dumbbell Thrusters
- Pull-Ups
- Box Jumps (subbing burpees)
- Sit-ups
- Squats
Perform 8 intervals per exercise of 20 seconds work followed by 10 seconds rest. Rest 1 minute between exercises. Score total reps performed for all exercises.

Good grief. My legs are still noodley.
The thrusters were the hardest for me. Probably due to that Monday split jerk workout. I did 20 lbs on my first three rounds, then switched to 15 lbs for the rest.
Also, I just did regular jumping pull-ups; not chest-to-bar this time. I think I had enough of that yesterday.
The hardest part for me was not puking up my gutz in the floor and not saying "screw this crap" and quitting. Other than that, it was pretty much a living hell.
25# DBs. Uber tough. Robbed me of ability to speak full sentences.
