Attempted 5x5 Back Squats in the garage today. The crappy 15kg bar, and mixture of metric/standard plates made the weights a bit off.
Approx: 237,259,270,281,287(3)
Bar slipped a bit on the 3rd rep @ 287, I adjusted by doing a pseudo good-morning and just decided to be done for the day.
That was tougher than Matsuflex.
NOTHING IS TUFFER THAN MATSUFLEX!!
I totally bitched out on that last run. I was overcome with a very strong case of "fuckthis." I'm going to need more shaming out of you two in the future for exhibiting this behavior.
Seth: I really wish you wouldve had an odd ball number for a PR. But good job on the improv goodmorning. I don't think many people have attempted one with such weight.
