I had to change from handstand push-ups to decline push-ups. This was because I almost fell on my head while doing the 1st rep. I just hope that tomorrow's workout won't have anything to do with my shoulders pressing an amount of weight.
400m is a short distance to be running on 10. I probably could have up'd the pace if there wasn't a limit.
