Again, thank god for the 10mph governor on the treadmills!
I'm thinking of asking them if they can lower it to 8.
Dude, you had the fastest time with the 10 limit on the treadmill. Are you complaining? Why don't you just relax, pick up your feet, lengthen your stride, and stop acting like you traded your nads on e-bay for a pull-up bar.
; )
Ooohhhh SNAP
Wow. I guess you have to talk so loud so we all hear you from way back there in 3rd place, huh? Maybe if you traded YOUR nads for a pull-up bar, you wouldn't get your ass handed to you when we do pull-ups.
Nah, not complaining at all. I figure the slower Seth and you have to run, the better chance I stand of actually posting a comparable time.
Not that it's a competition.
And Todd, way to motor through that last round. Your pull-ups and endurance will come along, but (speaking from experience,) it takes a lot of effort to keep going after everyone else has finished.
Too bad neither nads nor a pull-up bar will help me in that category. It's these damn skinny/weany arms that's the problem.
That is right Justin. It isn't a competition. I'm not just saying that, because I came in 3rd. It is all about working to accomplish your individual goals and continually making progress. KNOWLEDGE IS POWER!
